Big spoilers for ROTR!

I gotta say that Queen Lilliam is a very interesting villain whom I think we need to know more about even before we call her a villain. She is very calculating, vain (very much reminds me of Petalcloud), and greedy and I very much want to learn more about her past. Why does she exactly hate Rahikki so much? Sure, she and Rayella weren’t exactly friends, but it was Lilliam who supposedly “assassinated” Rayella so it would be Rahikki to hold a grudge against Lilliam (which he does) and not vice-versa. So what happened here for her to hate him so much? And why is she so against I’Lenna being friends with Rahikki? (Sorry for my ranting. XD)

So of course, I had to draw her. (Whenever I have questions about a certain character, I always want to draw them for some random reason)

So here is everyone’s favorite queen! (Yes, I am being sarcastic here)

For this, I used my trusty Prismacolor pencils, which are my favorite pencils in this world. And I really like how her face turned out. In the beginning it looked really strange because I messed up on her lips, but after I fixed them, she looks regal, imposing, skeptical, and fearless.

And here is my concept sketch:

I really the position of Mahrsan’s wing, but Lilliam looks like a giant in this!!! Only when I had started laying in the color, I realized just how tall she was. If she was standing, she would probably be taller than Marshan..... And by the way, in that hand that strangely looks like bird claws, she is holding a whip.
