He went to the golden meadow because the beyond was destroyed when he died. My question is when Star went to the golden meadow, how did they interact? Did they forgive each other just because they’re in the golden meadow, or were they still hostile toward the other? Doesn’t really make sense…

I'm kind of on both sides. I just don't think he would be welcome in the Golden Meadow because he killed so many there and brang grief to the golden meadow. Unless he repented and apologized, which I don't think his heart is capable of doing. On the other hoof, like Iceberry said, the Beyond would be destroyed. Hard question!!

If you think about it, after Nightwing was killed, the Beyond was destroyed AFTER HE GOT THERE, so if he got sent there he got out with everyone else.

I really think he's in the Beyond. It was SilverStarFire.

I think that Nightwing is in the golden meadow after much tear-shedding, repenting, and making up with Hollyblaze and everyone he hurt. After all, all he really wanted was a family, and in the golden meadow he has his mother and Hollyblaze. I think that when Star dies, at first they are very wary of each other, but then they make up and Nightflame (having reverted to his old name) apologized profusely. And Sky, that's awesome! I never would've thought of that!

Hmmm...I think he went to The Golden Meadow, and here's why. In Landfall, Hollyblaze tells Star that the way to free the steeds killed by Silver Starfire from the Beyond is to kill the Black Steed who did it. In Windborn, Star didn't kill Nightwing with his Starfire, which would have sent Nightwing to the Beyond, instead, Star used Nightwing's OWN STARFIRE against him, killing him, and effectivly getting rid of his own Starfire as well. So, in my mind, Nightwing is in the Golden Meadow, surrounded by his friends and loved ones.
