We all know that he was not at all a kind but, I think he has had a hard life. His family has a curse all the colts are born dead ( he had 17 colts all born dead), since all the mares all want to have foals every year mountain herd needs to expand territory, His youngest filly Shadepebble is a dud since one wing is shorter than the rest plus she is his last filly, and his oldest filly Petalcloud left to join and become lead mare of snow herd. We shouldn't be being that hard on him because he was trying to do what was best for his herd.😥
