Moonheart settled in the warm sand. She was a yearling now. Though her heart ached. Today Riversun would take her. And she was ready. She already had a plan in her mind. Which includes letting Riversun take her. The herd waited on end. Windsun walked to her side, along with the rest of her friends. "Nervous?" questioned the filly. "Of course not. I was born to do this." Starfrost lowered his neck, worried for his best friend. "You're just gonna let them take you?" Moonheart nodded. Stormflight arched his proud neck. "Of course not, were gonna help you." "Were all worried Moon." Starfrost stood in a pool of his own feathers. Moonheart nuzzled his close friend. "I have the starfire remember?" She walked away from her worrying friends. Deep inside, she was worried herself. She kicked off, looking for her mother Morningleaf. By the time she spotted her, her ears twitched listening to Star and Morningleaf talk. "We have to atleast help her." Star stammered. Morningleaf dunked her muzzle into his chest. "Our filly had the best teacher, you. She'll get through this." Moonheart saw Star relax but then said. "She still doesn't know much of her starfire." when Moonheart was about to interfere a clashing of hooves rumbled the ground. Star threw up his wing "They're here!" Moonheart looked behind her to be face to face with Riversun. "At last." Riversun hissed.
