Wildstrike,
He snorted at the young Centuar, and easily towered over him, "She is still a worthless brat!" He snapped,
Spottedwind,
She winced, wishing the earth would just swallow her up. She put her wing in front of Orion, "Don't Hurt Him," she said, her eyes flashing with anger,
Wildstrike.
He glared at Spottedwind making her flinch, "This isn't over," and with that, he and Ravenfrost, left the two, and made their way deeper into the forest.
Summary:
Okay so, Dire Wolves r still the problem, more and more pegasi are meeting centaurs. Spottedwind, as you can read above, is having... well, sibling problemos. (Curse those meaners) Callum and Fawnroot are planning on going to a mountain to stay in a cave where it's safe until further notice. So far they haven't actually set out yet, Callum's resting cuz of two sword wounds. Fawnroot has an arrow wound in her shoulder. Orion and Spottedwind were hiding I think? If I'm wrong, make it clear. We also still need Nightmist here.
(making the next part now!!!)
Callum:
As the hours passed, he never moved from that spot except just for a drink of water. Maybe even doze for a few minutes. But otherwise, he kept looking toward the opening of the cave in hope of seeing Fawnroot's silhouette coming nearer toward him. But it never came.
He leaned against the wall, aches of pain shooting through his stomach topped with the missing of the mare. He longed for her, and waiting was not a specialty in his character. Callum turned his eyes upward and gazed at the ceiling hard as if it would make the time go faster.
After a long while, he lowered his eyes again to the floor, twirling the creamy white feather in his fingers absentmindedly. He listened for her wingbeats, her warm nicker; he waited to see Fawnroot's kind, soft face looking at him. He closed his eyes, feeling as though he could, her picture being engraved in his mind.
"Please come back, Fawn," he whispered and sank to the floor, his head on the ground. He held the feather before his eyes limply, never feeling more alone.
Fawnroot:
She smiled as she heard Callum’s words being called to her. Her heart fluttered affectionately and she had to swallow the urge to turn around and stay with him, ignoring Hawkflight and her herd completely. She pumped her wings faster-the quicker she can get to her herd, the quicker she can return to Callum.
In less than 30 minutes, she landed softly in the meadow and trotted into her medicine mare den. There, Hawkflight was waiting expectantly. “You took your time.“ He said gruffly, but Fawnroot didn’t reply. She sent him a glare, then turned her full attention to the awaiting pegasi. Hawkflight was right about one thing- her herd was injured and they needed her medicine mare prowess. So, she threw herself into her duties as a healer. She was far too busy helping her broken, bruised, and bleeding herdmates that she didn’t have time to recollect and worry about Callum. At least three long and hard hours later, Fawnroot found herself finally done. There was no one left in the den, other than herself. Eventually, Hawkflight left her to go perform his duties as flight instructor. Now that all was silent and that she was alone, Fawnroot shook out her coat and bit into a leftover oak tree root to soothe her aching wings. Her mind wandered back to Callum and she hoped and prayed that he was doing okay.
Callum:
He watched Fawnroot rise majestically over the trees, her beautiful creamy white feathers glinting off the sun. “I’ll be right here, in this cave, Fawn. I’m not going anywhere!” He called back as she reluctantly turned away to fly back to her herd, returning as a medicine mare. The only thing they saw her as. (🥺🥺🥺🥺)
Callum continued to watch her silhouette in the sun until it disappeared completely. He stood there, staring blankly into the horizon, fumbling with her feather given to him what seemed so long ago.
He lowered his head and choked on sudden tears. Turning away, he went to the far end of the cave and collapsed, clutching the feather to his heart, shaking in sobs. (Me trying to make it thru this ship:)
Avery:
“Yeah, we don’t know her...We answered your question-will you let us pass?” She asked, afraid of how Cloudflame might answer.
Cole:
He shuffled his hooves. “I-never heard of her.”
Avery;
She shook her head. “Never. You‘re the first pegasus that I’ve ever seen.” She promised gently, staring fearfully at the stallion’s massive wings upon his back.
“Who is it? What does Hollowcliff have to do with us?“ She asked curiously, but still eyes the stallion nervously.
Cloudflame:
He believed Avery right away. “NEVER?” He asked, and looked at Cole specifically.
Avery:
She stepped closer to Cole, their shoulders just barely touching.
The centauress nodded gently in agreement-she also wondered how a random pegasus mare who they’d never met before could be connected with them.
(Brb, gotta take a shower, to take this warm yucky pool water off!!)
(sry, just multitasking too! I saw your comment, sry, I’ll respond)
Cole:
His (big bushy XDDD) eyebrows lowered. ”What does this, Hollowcliff, have to do with us, anyway?” He asked, putting his hands on his hips.
(Recomment) Avery:
She glanced at Cole, then back to Cloudflame. She didn’t answer him right away-out of fear for what he might do. But, the intense and angry look on his face told her that he would be even angrier if she didn’t answer him.
“N-No...We don’t know who that is.” She whispered softly, her legs trembling.
(Sry, I forgot to tell you, but we were swimming in our pool with some of our friends, and our relatives are coming again. So, we won’t be able to do tgh for long, but I can fora little bit)
(Sorry!!! Multitasking! Here now) Avery:

(River? You there?)
(Cloudflame:
”you know Hollowcliff?” XDD)
Cloudflame:
He suddenly remembered where he was going to and going to do. He wanted to forget all about Hollowcliff, and he knew exactly how to do it. “You, know Hollowcliff?” He asked, trying to ignore the pain once again.
Cloudflame:
He looked at Cole, angry.
(XDD I can just imagine this face:
(Ok!)
(Oh oh oh!! I think I chose one! thanks for the suggestions!)
