Bhearit: ”Ay! Definitely. There’re so many details to my project, and just a couple hours ago I hit a stump,” he replied and his expression darkened a little when he remembered that fact. He still hadn’t figured out anything, even in all this time.
Sultaan: ”Did you ever get to hold one?” He signed, adjusting the flower behind Reba’s ear when they started walking. “I think I kinda know another orphan that may love lizards.” Callum: He sighed and shook his head as the hope that had sprouted in his heart just for Kilroy, wilted. He wondered if Fig had ever really tried to teach and discipline his child when Kilroy was in fact young enough. If Fig ever loved him enough to realize that his son would grow up accordingly. Callum shook his head again. “I suppose I’ll pay a visit, and then go beg for another ambassador,” he said. Rimecrest: He watched the two yearlings interact with pricked ears, but guilt and grief, mixed in with a little hurt lingered behind his grey eyes. It was getting toward the evening time, so the wind began to die down a little more. Rimecrest fluffed his wings and folded them. “I’m sor- please forgive me,” he corrected himself. Asking for forgiveness felt more genuine and meaningful than just saying sorry. “I didn’t mean it in that way, I promise! Grasswing is my hero- and Bumblewind, and Star, and Morningleaf.” He chuckled a little. “Okay, I have a lot of heroes. But I meant what I said as a compliment. I swear I wasn’t thinking about the whole story of Graythorn.”
Summary!
Alrighty, so Ben and Rayla are just going to sleep after a long and hard afternoon, and painful, if I must say. Sultaan and Reba are heading toward Sun Herd lands, without knowing it of course, what they think is that they’re going to go beyond the forest where the meadows and stuff are. In Jorhirestown, Bhearit, Colchi and Eric are having a conversation about inventions. Callum and Fig just arrived at the barracks and are briefly discussing about Kilroy’s sudden disappearance. Meanwhile in Mountain Herd on a snowy and quite windy cliff, Rimecrest, my new Mountain Herd OC, is secretly talking to the Sun Herd captives, Thornhill, Emberflight, and Coalwing. Tell me if I missed anything!
(okay! I've made the part!!)
(I'll be back. Gotta do the dishes *grrrr intensifies*)
(lol, I'm making MORE characters. (To be fair, Kihlari Academy has like, 50 characters (my fault XDD))
(My PC's gonna flip lol)
(WAAAUUUGGHHHH YOU RIGHT THIS HAS 35 PAGES!!!)
(Y'ALL HOLD UP A BIT I NEED TO MAKE A NEW PART AAAAA)
Sophie:
She casually tore off a little chunk of her pretzel, and took a bite out of the soft salty bread.
(I don't know how to say 'moaned' without sounding...weird... ugh. Stupid 7th and 8th grade boys)
Callum:
He furrowed his brow. "No, no you're not. You're acting as if I keep interrupting you," he said gruffly, folding his arms across his chest. "As if you're the one who's being oppressed or something."
Sultaan:
"Get him a good meal," he wrote onto the writing pad and slid it to Ben. He looked over at Reba and raised his eyebrows.
Espen:
He smiled broadly and stretched his back.
Jasper: He took a sip of his water, careening his neck to see their food. It looked good, that was for sure- oh the water was so clean! Momentarily, he forgot his troubles and being slightly uncomfortable. He gulped the water down and smiled at the mug it had been delivered in.
Sophie:
She understood Reba's eyes. "No problem!" she grinned. She gingerly picked up her own tea, and took a sip. "MMMmmm! SO GOOD."
Reba: "Thank you," she signed, not sure if the other centauress would understand it but hoping she did. The tea smelled wonderful, but it looked different...
She took a small sip and her eyes nearly bulged out of her head. Sweet tea, she reflected, is incredibly sweet.
Sophie:
She reached in her satchel, and pulled out something to pay for it. "Here you go by the way. Keep the change." She slid a tip as well.
(Dang, now I'm hungry XDD)
Sophie:
"I am STARVING! Thanks so much!" she added quickly. Her mouth watered slightly, and she let the aroma of the pretzel fill her heart. "It looks SO GOOD!!" She grinned
Ben:
He nodded, "Alright, then. It'll be a surprise. I'll make you a sandwich that well fits in Sultaan's budget. Win-win; you eat something nutritious and Sultaan doesn't spend all his money." He winked at Sultaan, then pushed himself off the bar. "I'll have those things out in just a moment," And he stepped into the kitchen. After washing his hands, he got to work.
Starting with the drinks, he made fresh brewed tea for Sohpie, Espen, and Reba and poured waters for Sultaan and Jasper. He set the mugs down in front of the correlating centaurs before disappearing back into the kitchen.
He started with Espen's and Sophie's orders since biscuits and a pretzel wouldn't take too long. He prepared both doughs before shaping each one into their respective shapes.
Ben made the biscuits smaller than he normally would, mainly so it was easier for Espen to eat, then twisted Sohpie's pretzel into the classic shape. Once they finished baking, he sprinkled the pretzel with salt and placed a side of jam and butter next to Espen's biscuits. Once both were finished, he opened the kitchen door with a hind hoof, carrying two trays in each hand. "Pretzel," He slid the large pretzel towards the mare, "And biscuits," He added as he placed the flakey biscuits in front of Espen. "Careful; both are hot."
Sophie:
She cocked her head. "No, no! I insist! You can pay me back later." She smiled at the centauress.
(Warning. I am in a lot of pain with my wrist, the x rays said no broken bones but something is clearly wrong. If it still hurts in a week we'll go back but rn it's in a brace. But typing is difficult)
(Fire did you really just make a character named Lemonade?
Can someone meet Vioni, idk where to put her)
Reba: She bit the inside of her lip, hearing what Sophie had said, then shook her head. Did she really look like that much of a beggar that a girl several years younger than her would offer that? It was humiliating! Unlike Jasper, she wasn't used to this at all.
Jasper:
"Well." He paused to think, "not that I know of?" His cheeks and ears were a bit red from the bread comment.
Ben:
A faint touch of red tainted his ears as his grin widened from Espen's compliment. "Thanks, lad." He said with another wink before looking at Jasper. He shook his head, "A piece of bread?! You're not a duck in a pond. Nonsense! You deserve a proper meal. Young boys like you need the food and nutrients."
Ben rubbed his chin thoughtfully for a second as he watched Jasper carefully. "Hm...how about this...You're not allergic to anything, are ya, Jasper?"
