Sooooo, on Friday, after I got my second covid vaccine (WOOHOO!!!!!!) my mom, older sister, and me went to the big craft/art store that was in the town the vaccine clinic was in (the town was about 10-15 minutes away, and the town I live in is surrounded by farm fields/farms so we got to see a bunch of horses and other animals, including a Friesian because there's a Friesian barn there.). AAAAnd, I got this EPIC Wilton avocado sprinkle mix. There's really no other word to describe it. It's literally one of the best things in existence and I can't believe I've somehow managed to spend 14 years on this planet not knowing it existed until now XDDDD here's a pic of it:

It makes me so happy. There's just something about them that gives my brain so much joy lol. And it's not even that overwhelming crazy sort of happiness I get way too often lol, it just puts me in a really good mood XD

Right! now that the mini love story between me and the avocado sprinkles is done, Imma keep going on with the story XD

ANYWAYS....... me being me with my odd love of weird food combinations, I decided to make a vanilla creme cupcake with avocado frosting!!!!!! (trust me, they're DELICIOUS)

I made churro tortilla chips to put on top of them too. I also cut out the center of the cupcakes and filled it with more of the sprinkles to make it a pinata cupcake. But yeah! Hope you guys like them :)
