Ok. When I first moved into the place I am now(There were way too many changes that happened. I have moved 3 times before and never experienced that before), I was getting really bad headaches and stomach aches. As well as being short of breath and feeling nauseous from what I found out was stress, anxiety, and just being overwhelmed. I am not sure if this is your problem, but if is, there may be a simple-ish fix.
I didn't know that was what was wrong with me until I found something that made it so I couldn't think/experience that stressful thing. (Don't worry. I am not just hiding from my feelings or pushing them down or anything like that. The thing that is stressing me out is temporary and at some point will stop.) The MB was what saved me from that feeling. As well as drawing and listening to music. I know some people don't like to draw, but you could also write, crochet, learn an instrument, learning a language, baking, reading, daydreaming, etc. It doesn't matter. Whatever makes you happy and helps you. It is different for everyone.
If it isn't stress related, someone I knew, used to get headaches and get nauseous before bed and after she got up because she wasn't eating right for her body. If I remember right, It was a dairy thing. She might have been lactose intolerant (Not so sure, don't quote me on that)
If it is very serious, or long term as it seems it started last year, you should consider asking a doctor. Though if you are looking for an at home thing to alleviate, I’d recommend hydration and hitting WikiHow.
Maybe your growing?... (I have no idea sorry!)
I know literally nothing about anything remotely related to medical stuff, ( I get squeamish really easily) so this prob won't help at all, but I'll try my best.
Tell your parents about this. They'll pretty much definitely know more than kids/teenagers on the internet lol.
It honestly depends on the person what those things could mean. I often get headaches because of allergies, and stomachaches because of my medical issues, but it really depends on the person, so tell a parent about this and they can help it get better and maybe take you to the doctor if you need it.
Hope it gets better soon!
