So I've seen some of the amazing work on the mb and I'm wondering what apps or websites people use to make digital artwork. I use a laptop to access the mb so I don't have a fancy stylis. If anyone has an app they know of that would work for a laptop please let me know. I really want to try out digital! Thnx :D

All of your suggestions were extremely helpful.
Thanks, I'll check them out!
Ii enjoy Paint and Paint 3D, those are what I usually use.
Heyo! I use IbisPaint X (the free version) on my iPod. It’s a really nice app and has tons of different brushes. I’ve tried out a ton of different drawing apps and so far this is my favorite. It has a really nice layout and has never crashed. Almost all of my digital pictures are made with this app. Some I’ve made are with the drawing app thingy in ‘Notes’ for Apple items.
Sketchbook is also a good one. I haven’t used it a lot (I’ve only drawn about 3 pics on it), but it seems like it’s good quality. The down side is that you only get 3 layers unless you pay for it. And i like using a ton of layers. IbisPaint has unlimited layers.
Downside of IbisPaint is that it might only be on Apple products. I believe it is not available on Amazon Kindle or HP computers. Sketchbook it available for both.
I’ve also heard about Medibang paint (or something like that). I’ve never used it (I’m very content with IbisPaint) but I believe it is good quality and free.
As for a stylus, I just use my finger. It takes time to get used to but it’s not at all expensive (at least I hope you didn’t have to pay for your fingers XD).
So in summary, get IbisPaint if you can.
Hope this helps!
I do not use digital services for art very often, but I know that several people who do use digital art will use the app called Sketchbook.
If I am in the mood for digital art, I go to a website called Sketch.io. It's fairly basic but I've been able to do several good projects with it such as my new profile.
Some professional artists who draw digitally use ClipStudio Paint, an app for iPads and tablets.
