The gentle singing of a nearby bird awoken Thundertail, along with his little sister, Iceblaze. "Where are we?" She moaned. "I'm clueless." He got up and helped his sister up. "Do you think... were here?" She asked. Thundertail just noticed they were in the middle of a huge herd of pegasi. "I think so." "Within this very herd... the prophecy pegasi could be here." She said in awe. "Breath-taking eh?" "The fact?" "No, look around you." She gasped. They grass was lush and untouched, not covered in tasteless ash. The trees were full of leaves, not scorched by an angry over-stallion over-stallion. In the distance he noticed a piebald mare. She probably had the starfire. The only things he heard around him was the whinnying of pegasi, the singing of birds, the rustling of leaves, it was paradise. For a second he thought he was in the golden meadow. "Hello there." White stallion with a light gray mane and tail called. "AH!" Iceblaze almost fell off her hooves! Thundertail bit back the urge to correct her. "H- Hello, there. Sir." The stallion snorted. "No need to be hasty. Are you new here?" Thundertail stammered. "N- New?" The unknown pegasus nuzzled him. "Come on, we don't bite." He nickered. Thundertail corrected his words. "I'm new." "From which herd have you abandoned?" The stallion studied his build. Thundertail bumped Iceblaze with his hip. They did have a part of there history they knew! Could this be at Star's time but with no Star? Iceblaze, who had been quiet said. "We've come from Desert Herd, Sir." "Ah." He said. "Well, come along in. We'll show you how to fit in." He said with a smile. 30 pegasi emerged from the bushes. The prophecy pegasi? A piebald filly emerged from the bushes. "Hey you two!" The siblings exchanged glances. A chestnut filly with golden feathers tipped in black nickered. "I know this is kinda sudden to take in. But you'll get used to it!" She pointed at all 30 pegasi. "For now, let's all get to know you two eh?" Thundertail tensed for a bit then relaxed. "Okay." The two said.
