It represents the destinies of six characters, four from TGH/ROTR and two of my OC's, and how their destinies are all tangled up with one another.

Mmmm...ok. Imma guess ONE more time today. My guess is that the picture represents the paths that Rapunzel, Eugene, and Cass took throughout their lives, and how they intertwined with each other and their other friends throughout the show (Lance, Red, etc.)

This is my final guess for the day before I await tomorrow's clue!
