now that I found some new books, i would like to recommend Katherine lasky books.

CC and SGE were honestly not that great in my opinion; its really not my style of reading. The Inheritance Cycle is very good, most books by Rick Riordan and J.K Rowling. Some other good authors are J.C Cervantes and Roshani Chokshi. If you like mythology, Rick Riordan has something called, 'Rick Riordan Presents' and presents mythological books by other authors such as Chokshi and Cervantes. Warriors of course, Erin Hunter, Kathryn Lasky.
