Me: I’m sure you would agree, this past year has been crazy.

Rainleaf: Not for us pegasi!

Me: Uhhh, yeah, sure. Anyway, 2020 is now GONE and 2021 has just begun. Maybe some of you have noticed my absence, maybe not.

(I think I made a post about leaving, I’m not 100% sure. My memory is foolproof, as you can tell.)

But I’M BACK. Well, at least long enough to make this announcement. I randomly checked the website to see if Cats had posted the winners from her challenge (she had, back in November) and I decided to do something I’ve wanted to do for sooooo long. I’m not the best artist, but I love writing, as I’m sure some of you know.

(By the way, I re-read my writing from 2017 and I cannot believe how gentle, enthusiastic, and encouraging you all were. Like, my fanfiction was close to terrible. You all made me feel good about myself and about my writing. Thank you for being your amazing selves.)

Here is just a little gesture or formal good-bye. I’m sure I’ll be back to try a contest or say hello, even if it’s months from now.
