...I think that's all I have for this cutie. Ooh Skyflight or Skyharp...nope Im losing it. XD
oh, and btw the foal is a filly with a personality similar to Shadepebble <3

And while I'm not familiar with this ship (guessing it's from a RP I'm not a part of), I totally love coming up with names so let's see... hmmm... if I interpret your picture correctly the foal is a bay roan with primarily light blue wings so I'm kinda thinking of some sort of water or sky related suffix:
