Mapleroot snorted. ”We cant lie to her.” Icebreeze nodded and looked at his sister. ”While you were gone Ashblaze came to us and told us how you could get wings.“ Wingsong gaped. ”How? How can I?!” Icebreeze walked up to her. ”He wants you and a choosen colt to journey into the Interior and meet him there.” Wingsong’s ears drooped. ”This sounds like a fairy tale. Something fake.” ”I know,“ Icebreeze snorted. ”But just trust me. I want you and Stormwind to go.” Wingsong was even more shocked. ”Stormwind and I? Are you kidding? We’re only weanlings!” Icebreeze ignored her. ”By the next moon you two are expected to be there.” Wingsong snorted. ”This is ridiculous! The Interior?! Two weanlings taking a vacation to the Interior?! What about the dire wolves, the strong winds, Wind Herd? What do mother and father think of this? Cant we bring at least two stallions with us for protection?!” Wingsong stopped to take a breath and was about to continue with her rant. ”Icebreeze we cant-“ ”Quiet! Do you want wings or not?!“ Icebreeze shouted. “And this isnt a vacation!” Wingsong flared her nostrils. She looked around her, noticing Mapleroot left. She sighed. ”Fine. But if Stormwind and I die I’m gonna come haunt you in your dreams!” Icebreeze rolled his eyes and watched his sister stomp out. ”So dramatic.” he huffed as he left to graze.
