Rainfeather yawned and blinked multiple times. She was about to rest her head back down until she remembered. Today is the day! The search for the black foals of Anok is ineminant. Of course, Redwind was already awake, sniffing the air for any threat. Without even looking at her, the wise stallion replied with a cheerful voice in his soft tone. "Good morning to you to Rainfeather." The leopard yearling would never get used to that. "Er, morning Redfire, can ya help me wake Starfrost, Hazelblaze, and Lightray up?" She said with a grin, hoping Redfire would pick on Hazelblaze and teach that brainless filly some manners. Redfire perked his ears "Of course." Rainfeather waked Lightray up (abviously) and Redfire woke Starfrost. "Wake up you lazy oaf!" Rainfeather whinnied. "Ok ok.." Lightray stood up, his eyes half closed. Rainfeather saw Redfire's progress with Starfrost as he moved to the next. Rainfeather turned Lightray's head to Redwind waking Hazelblaze with her wings and nickered. "Look!"

"Wake up Hazelblaze, you want to find the black foals of Anok don't you?"

Hazelblaze groaned. "I do?"

"You do." Redwind said sternly.

Hazelblaze opened her eyes wide and saw the stallion's expression. "FINE! EW! GET OFF ME!"

Good old Hazelblaze. Rainfeather thought.

"Yes ma'am." Redwind said with no emotion in his voice at all. Rainfeather nickered and Lightray tried to hold back his loud whinny

"OKAY! Let's get goin' " Lightray neighed. All four of them reared and took off, to the deepest part of the forest.
