Days passed, and slowly Honeyfall regained her strength, but Pineberry still wouldn't let her out of the medicine mare cave. Honeyfall kept asking, and she always got the same answer from the old mare, "You'll leave when I say you can."

Finally one morning Honeyfall woke as Pineberry was preparing to step out side the cave. As soon as the young mare couldn't hear the scuffling of hooves on dirt, Honeyfall made a brake for it, just as Honeyfall reached the mouth of the cave she heard a voice.
