Storytime was a wonderful time for the weanlings and yearlings of Desert Herd. They always met at Red Rock Mountains. Moondancer was listening quietly waiting for the new story that would be told today. The Storyteller smiled. She was a buckskin pinto with orange and pink wings. She flared them at the foals to calm them down. "Calm down now," She said. "Today's story is of Alseida the Great Peace," She said. "Alseaida was a wonderful roan filly who did in fact once live in Desert Herd," The mare continued. "She had vibrant and beautiful feathers, said to be more beautiful than the Anscestors! A Black Foal had been born to Desert Herd when she was alive and they had become good friends. The Black foal's name was Shadowraven. Shadowraven was very similar to Nightwing. He was all black and he betrayed the Five Herd's trust when he earned his Starfire nad became a Destroyer. He burnt all of Desert Herd accept for Alsaida. When he went to burn another herd down to the ground she stood in front of him and said, 'Shadowraven. You shall not torment the herds no longer. You shall be cursed to live underground as a small bug if you dare try' Shadowraven had laughed and said, 'You can do no such thing Alseaida,' And then he went to burn another herd and did. The thing he didn't know, was that Alseaida was named unormally for a reason. She wasn't ordinary. She was extrodinary. She is the one who created the Ancestors. She forged a peacful golden meadow that at the time was named, Aman. Aman means Peacfeul in the Great Ancient Language. but then she did something even more extraordinary. She created the place called the Beyond now, but, back then, it was called Mudamir, which means Destroyer," The mare went on. "She also had the power to kill Shadowraven but could only kill him one way. With his own Starfire. So she faced Shadowraven and told him to try and burn her down. He did so, but she had covered herself with her wings and deflected the Starfire blast. Shadowraven had cowered in shock but what goes around always comes back. The Starfire hti him and he to ash, banished to Mudamir," She said. "Now run along. Go tell your parents of these Stories!" She shouted. Her name was Mossfeather and she was the kindest mare in the herd. Moondancer stood up from her sitting position and her friends did also.

She stretched her wings out and sighed. "These stories are the only thing keeping me who I am," She said. Riverflower glared at her. "Don't you dare say that Moondancer! You will always be who you are no matter what," The palomino filly said hugging her friend.

"For once I agree with you," Stormblaze snickered. Riverflwoer glared at him.

"For once?! For ONCE!!!" She yelled and charged him. He whinnied and flew into the air. Riverflower opened her wings, flapped them, and chased after him. Moondancer nickered at the two and looked at Iceleaf who was watching them leave. Moondancer turned around and started trotting back to the mane grazing area but stopped and craned her neck backwards. "You coming?" She asked Iceleaf.

'Uh-Yeah," He said before cantering up to her. The two walked home in total silence, the only sound was there hooves clanking against the ground. Riverflower was finally done chasing Stormblaze and landed beside Moondancer and vibrated her wings. "he makes me so angry sometimes.

"Yup," Moondancer snorted. Stormblaze landed beside Iceleaf and snorted a protest.

"I do not!"

"Yes you do!" Riverflower spat.

"Do not!"

"Do too!"

"GUYS STOP IT!!!!!" Screeched Iceleaf flaring his wings, the whites of his eyes showing.

"Oh brother...." Moondancer mumbled under her breath before trotting forward and fluttering her feathers. "We better get home," She said. They all nodded but Riverflower glared at Stormblaze who glared back. Iceleaf rolled his eyes. "Come you two love-birds stop glaring," he said. Stormblaze stared at him in shock. and tossed his head angrily.

"What is wrong with you!" He screeched at Iceleaf and tackled him. Iceleaf went rolling in shock and the two wrestled while Riverflower and Moondancer watched.

"What;s up with them?" Moondancer whispered.

"No idea...." Riverflower spat. "But it's gettin' on my nerves!" She said trotting forward and leaving them behind. Moondancer rolled her eyes and cantered up to her friend and left the two wrestling also. They finally broke apart and Iceleaf saw them leaving. "O! Wait up you guys!" He whinnied and staggered to his hooves. He galloped to them, Stormblaze following.
