They soon reached the end of the migration, everyone landed and trotted off to prepare for the other groups to get there.
Moon trotted off and rested under a tree, she had to figure out how to talk with that stallion, it looked like he needed to tell her something important, her eyes slowly fluttered close, and she soon awoke in her dream.
It was all the same, the pure white field with a herd of pegasi in it, Moon quickly spotted the stallion, smoke was coming off of his hide, but instead of him landed in the field, the stallion landed in fount Moon.
Moon stood there petrified, her body was frozen to the ground, all she could do was look the stallion in the eyes, but instead of the anger as she usually saw, his eyes were filled with sadness.
“Help me,” the stallion whispered, “I-I don’t want to hurt anyone.”
Moon’s eyes widened with surprise, “B-but what you’ve said before, y-your herd is next,”
Moon watched as the stallion lowered his head, she knew he was trying to make himself appear peaceful.
The stallion looked up at Moon, “I’ve been fighting my inner demon my whole life, I’ve been trying to be good, but sometimes, my inner self, takes control,”
Moon wanted to run, but she was still frozen to the ground.
“I’m sorry I torment your dreams, as you torment mine,” the stallion whispered.
“Wait, what? I torment your dreams?” Moon said shocked.
The stallion nodded, “In all my dreams, you come and defeat me,” with that the stallion took to the air, Moon watched as he took off, leaving her with so many unanswered questions.
What is his name? was he peaceful? What is his inner demon? Moon thought. Moon looked at the pegasi in the field below, glad that she didn’t have to watch them burn again.
