I don't know many details about your guy's appearance so I just decided to pick one very random skin tone and use it for all of us. It doesn't match mine either so it just is what I shall use (it is also the least used skin tone I have so very inky still :)
I hope you all approve, and these are the designs I came up with but plan to draw them again in more detail at a later date, so if you have any requests, go ahead and let me know!!

Hair is wing color, eyes are a DOTR character color, outfits are more random.

Eee!!! We all look so cool, and fully in our elements! I love how I got a nerdy DOTR shirt. I would totally want one of those in my shirt collection! What you did with the hair and the eyes is also very interesting!
