The due date is tonight, so I worked and got this done today! it took over 6 hours of work, and then the pen died as I was working on his wings XD!! Anyway, here is the finished, not completely finished, Grand Moff Tarkin!!
The coat is the color of his uniform, and the wings are the color of the blue on his 'badge?' and the red and yellow squares :)
Grand Moff Tarkin...Certainly an interesting character almost as imposing as Vader! lol Great job!
