How did you do that star?

@Thunderblaze Hmm... full discloser, I did this several months ago so I'm not sure I 100% remember how to do it, but I'm pretty sure I used a sparkle brush/stamp on a separate then used a smear tool (on possibly a second separate layer under the sparkle) to create the rays of light
